  • Show Label Image: Include the label’s logo in your report.

  • Show Stats Tiles: Highlight key stats such as plays, downloads, etc.

  • Show VIP Support Summary: Emphasise high-profile DJ or press support.

  • Show Blurb: Display the promo text/press release.

  • Show Charts: Include user-generated chart placements.

  • Show Heatmap: Visual engagement data across time.

  • Show Listened Unrated: Include users who listened but didn’t rate.

  • Show Unengaged: (Optional) Show those who didn’t interact with the promo at all.

  • Show Not For Me: Show recipients who marked the promo as not relevant.

  • Show Download No Feedback: Show who downloaded but didn’t leave feedback.

  • Show Playlisted: Show playlist additions.

  • Show Radar: Display airplay data from Inflyte RADAR.

Feedback Options

  • Show Favourite Track Column: Highlight most liked tracks.

  • Show Rating Column: Include numerical ratings or star ratings if used.

Misc Options

  • Cleanup Pasted Text: Automatically tidy pasted content (e.g., formatting from Word).

  • Highlight Days: Set how many days of recent activity to highlight in your report.

Hidden Categories

Choose not to display results from specific contact groups (e.g., A-List, DJs, Radio). This is useful for internal reports or when tailoring results for specific audiences.
