Email rules can be used to allow you to automatically move promo emails to a specified folder in your email inbox.

This is useful if you are receiving a large volume of promo emails and would prefer not to have them in your main inbox.

Gmail Users

1. Go to: Settings > Filters & Blocked Addresses

2. Click on 'Create New Filter'

3. In the 'From' box type promos@inflyteapp.com

4. Click 'Create Filter'

4. Select 'Skip the Inbox (Archive it)' 

5. Click 'Create Filter'

 

This will automatically archive all promo email notifications sent from promos@inflyteapp.com

You can also use rules in combination with labels in Gmail, to assign notifications to folders of your choice within your email client.

The process is very similar for all mail services including Hotmail, Apple, Outlook etc.
