For this reason, labels have the option of sending reminders to recipients who have not responded within the timeframe they need to gather feedback in time for their release day. If for any reason you have not responded to a promo, the label may send you a reminder email to encourage you to take action. If you have responded, no reminder will be issued.
Reminder email notifications are an essential part of the process of delivering promos that labels and PR companies rely onto ensure their promo campaigns create maximum impact.
For this reason, recipients cannot disable reminders.
